Jayden Lee brings together eccentric and autobiographical stories that borrow from an old-time folk-style lyric, but within a familiar songwriting setting. A sense of nostalgia, and often geographically-preoccupied songs are a consistent theme: an attempt to understand and further define our place in a universe that is both cruel and beautiful. Lush strings, smooth horns and acoustic guitars are the current musical palette on his debut album “Post”.
Jayden was born outside of Melbourne, Australia, and was raised on a horse ranch. He studied music composition and began touring internationally as a session instrumentalist. He has been living in the US for the past 4 years.
In his spare time, you can find Jayden photographing, traveling, researching Mars, and watching documentaries on Sasquatch and the Loch Ness Monster.
